Membrane Permeability (PASPORT sensors)
Use a PASPORT pH sensor to explore the permeability of a cell-like membrane to hydrogen (H+) and hydroxide (OH–) ions. Observe that not all materials are able to pass through the membrane. Note: This investigation has been updated for Wireless sensors in the Essential Biology lab manual (product number EB-6331)
