Access Teams meeting for live assistance
Getting live, face-to-face help, in real time.
While the PASCO website hosts a great variety of resources, you can reach a REAL person during our office hours. The fastest way to access live, face-to-face help is to initiate a chat through our website.
Enable chat through PASCO website
Through the chat, please request a "Teams Meeting"
The chat agent will then be able to generate a link that they will paste into the chat window. By clicking on this link, you will be able to join the Teams meeting. If your computer has a microphone or a web camera, you will have the option of using these to provide additional information during the meeting to speed the assistance process.
If you are needing to show particular pieces of an apparatus, it may be helpful to request the Teams meeting by using a cell phone so that you will be able to more easily show the portion of interest of the apparatus.
For the highest quality Teams session, it is recommended that you select the Teams app to join the meeting. This will give you the ability not only to share your screen, but will also enable the agent, with your permission, to assist you on your own computer.
If you do not have access to Teams or are not able to install it on your computing device, you can still share your audio, video, and share your desktop by joining through your web browser. We recommend the use of the Chrome browser. By using the latest version of Chrome or Edge you will be able to share your screen with the agent to allow us to help you as effectively as possible.
