SPARKlink Air is not charging

For a SPARKlink Air that is not charging through the USB port, please use the dedicated charger that came with the PS-2011 SPARKlink Air.  

The SPARKlink Air has two ways for charging the device.  It can be charged through the dedicated charging port that is located on the side opposite the PASPORT sockets on the front of the device, or it can be charged through the USB port on the device.  If the device gets to too low a charge level, the device does not have the power to energize the charge controller for the USB port.
