Update Note: Capstone version 1.1.2 simplified the process of manual adjusting movie-data synchronization compared to what's shown in this movie. Now you can simply turn on Manual Sync for the movie, adjust it to the desired frame that matches the current data point, and then turn off Manual Sync.
