How It Works
Create waves with the Ripple Generator (WA-9896) in the water-filled Ripple Tank. The LED white light (also part of WA-9896) shining from above produces shadows of the moving waves on an aluminized acrylic surface positioned at an angle below the tank which in turn reflects the wave patterns on a 33 cm x 33 cm translucent plastic viewing screen for all students to clearly observe.
