Capstone 2.6.0 update on Windows does not work.

If you find that the automatic update for Capstone does not successfully install the latest version of Capstone, please try to upgrade to capstone version 2.6.1. This version has fixed the in-app upgrade failure that was occurring on version 2.6.0.
